Potential Options
You can awaken the equipment slot's Potential Options to grant additional stats. After being reconfigured a set number of times, the Potential Option's rank increases. This increases the stat value, and higher ranks (Epic or Unique) unlock an additional specific stat option for that equipment slot. There is also a chance to rank up early.
There are 3 slots, and the stats can be the same or different in all 3. Starting with Rare rank, the first slot will always be of a higher value (indicated by yellow colored text). The other two slots could be of the regular value or the higher value (again, in yellow) at a lower chance.
Reconfiguring the Potential Options costs 1 potential cube and an amount of mesos that increases based on rank, starting with 10k mesos per roll at Normal rank.
After unlocking Bonus Potential Options (requiring Star Force stage 12), you can use Bonus Potential Cubes to Reconfigure those options. Reconfiguring requires 1 Bonus Potential Cube and follows the same requirements for ranking up, and they have the same possible options in each slot.
Upon ranking up one equipment slot to Legendary Potential Rank for the first time, that character will immediately start the Potential Power-Up Festival event.
